What we’re looking for.

A charismatic sales maestro, a magician in the art of business development. We need someone who can weave through the complexities of sales and client relationships. Your role is to understand the nuances of our product, its evolution, and its potential to revolutionize the eventing industry.

Your mission.

In this role, your primary focus will be on prospecting and finding new clients. You will join our ambitious sales team of high potentials and go-getters in identifying potential leads, reaching out, and establishing relationships with businesses and organizations within the event, festival and sports industry. This will require a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities where our unique platform can add significant value. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Client Discovery: Actively research and identify potential clients who can benefit from our platform. This involves understanding the dynamics of the event and music festival industry and pinpointing organizations that are looking for innovative solutions.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events to connect with potential clients. Your approach should be personalized and tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Showcasing Platform Value: Demonstrate the unique value proposition of our platform through presentations, demos, and discussions. You will need to articulate how our all-in-one solution can revolutionize the way events are managed, highlighting features such as ease of use, scalability, and comprehensive functionality.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Engage in deep conversations with prospects to understand their specific needs, challenges, and aspirations. This involves active listening, empathy, and the ability to ask insightful questions that uncover the true pain points and opportunities for each client.
  • Having a Solution-Oriented Approach: Customize your sales pitch and proposals to align with the client’s needs, showing how our platform can be a solution to their challenges. This includes preparing tailored demonstrations and case studies that resonate with the client’s context.
  • Building long-Term Client Relationships: Focus on building long-term relationships with clients. This involves continuous engagement and understanding their evolving needs. Your goal is to help clients grow and adapt to the digital evolution of the future, ensuring that they see our platform as an integral part of their success.

  • An ambitious go-getter (1-3 years of previous work experience): You might be early in your career, but you’re not a novice. We’re seeking someone with enough work experience to understand the basics of sales and business development, ready to take their skills to the next level in a dynamic environment.
  • Winning Mindset (Can-Do Attitude): You possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, seeing opportunities where others see challenges. Your mindset is focused on winning, not just in sales, but in every aspect of the role, constantly striving for excellence and growth.
  • Doer, Not Just a Talker: You’re a hands-on individual who takes action. You don’t just talk about ideas; you bring them to life. Autonomous and self-motivated, you’re capable of working independently, managing your tasks and time efficiently.
  • Affinity with Prospecting: You have a natural inclination towards prospecting, finding joy and excitement in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients. This involves a proactive approach and a persistent attitude.

  • Language Skills – English, Dutch & French: Proficiency in English is essential, along with fluency in the local language of the market you’ll be working in. This linguistic dexterity is crucial for clear communication with a diverse range of clients.
  • Flexibility: The event and music festival industry is dynamic and ever-changing, and so is our business. You’re adaptable and flexible, able to pivot strategies and approaches as needed.

  • Active Listening: One of your strongest skills is active listening. You truly hear what clients and colleagues are saying, understanding their needs and concerns, and responding thoughtfully and effectively.
